Do you accept Returns on your dresses? -
Yes we do. We understand that sometimes the color or size of your dress may not work for you. In the event your dress does not fit or a color does not work for you we will gladly accept exchanges. If you order a dress that is custom tailored to your size or is custom made through your own color selections the we will not be able to accept a return or an exchange do the the customized nature of the product. As long as you purchase a dress that is the color and size we carry on our site we will gladly be able to exchange your dress for no additional cost minus shipping or even offer a return minus a 25% Restocking fee.
Can I order a custom color of a dress on your website? -
Yes! Please refer to our color chart to see what color you would like us to customize your dress in. There is no additional cost to pick a customized color.
What is the standard delivery time with free shipping? -
On average your order will arrive within 30-35 days. If you need to get your dress in quicker we do offer a rush service of 20-25 days.
What Methods of payment do you accept? -
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Check and even Paypal. Give us a call if you have any questions and we'll be more then happy to help.

Shipping is FREE on all orders. We do however charge a rush charge when you need you dress quicker then our standard delivery time frame.

How can I modify my order after I place it? -
Unfortunately, after an order has been submitted, no modifications can be made. Therefore, we emphasize that you thoroughly check the details of the order before clicking submit. Give us a call if you have any questions.
How can I find the perfect dress for myself? -
You can find the perfect dress for yourself by taking advantage of our Search Bar, located on the top right hand side of our website. By typing in your favorite color, material, neckline, etc, a narrowed down list of items will be presented, enabling you to find that perfect dress more efficiently.

I found a dress I liked, but it’s the wrong color. Help! -
Not a problem! All of our dresses can be customized to your liking, so if you find one that is the wrong color, we can change that for you! Make sure you select the “Custom Color” option and follow the directions to pick your choice of color. Keep in mind that you can customize any dress in just about any way, including the fabric, neckline, lining, etc.
I can’t find anything I like, and would like to customize my dress from scratch… -

with all the pictures you may have of the dress you would like to make; please keep in mind we can only work with high definition pictures; this is to ensure we are on point with every detail. We will also need your size, colors and material. We will confirm the possibility of the customization upon receiving your email.

Production time is the time it takes to complete the production of your dress. On average, it can take anywhere from 15-30 days to complete your customized dress. If you select the “Rush” option, your dress can be completed within 20 days, however, if you select the “Standard” option, it may take the full 30 days.
